5 Dysfunction from Patrick Lencioni
One customer integrated our leadership assessment with the 5 Dysfunction model from Patrick Lencioni. To build on Lencioni’s first Dysfunction, “trust” , the facilitator asked participants to complete our leadership assessment. The individual feedback they received from their results and the team’s consolidated results gave the team insights on where their differences where the greatest, how they could compliment each other and understood how to adapt their approaches to communicate more effectively with one another. Trust was raised within the team.
