Assessments
The Four Value Orientation
Our leadership assessment and their results provide trainers and facilitators a powerful model to run a successful training or discussion around leadership. For participants, they receive feedback & insights on their preferred leadership style.
Trainers & facilitators receive a report which includes a brief of the model, step-by-step instructions on how to use the model in a workshop or training, a summary of the team or group’s consolidated results, some practical exercises and finally individual participant reports which:
- Describe the model
- Helps individuals understand leadership approaches available to them;
- Defines how well their preferred approach fits their business situation;
- Describes the implications their style(s) has on others and how they can adapt to lead other effectivlety.
Facilitators and trainers who join Cassess are able to manage our self-assessments. They can invite participants to complete the self-assessments, monitor completions, follow-up with reminders and download individual as well as group results ahead of their session.
Available assessments at present include the Four Value Orientation – a leadership model which raises participant awareness on the 4 preferences to contribute at work and on the 6 leadership approaches available to leaders. Once participants have completed their self-assessments results are aggregated for a group profile and individual reports are created for each participants.
In trainings participants become aware of their preferred style(s) and the implications their style has on the business situation at hand, the peers they work with and the individuals they manage. The reports they receive allow participants to raise self- awareness and awareness of other peoples’ ways of working.
